If you are late collecting your child, you will incur charges of £5 up to the first 15 minutes, and £5 for every 1/4 hour thereafter. This fee will be charged on your next invoice and will be given directly to the staff members who have to stay behind with your child.

Please note that 3 & 4 year olds who are entitled to the Early Years Entitlement have a different pricing schedule for term time which the nursery can supply you with on request. The prices will depend on how you take your 15 hrs entitlement off your nursery sessions. If you wish to know more about how the free entitlement can benefit you, please ring the nursery to discuss your options.
Fees are required one month in advance, payable within 7 days on receipt of an invoice. Fees pay for the place with no allowances for absences or holidays.
A registration fee of £50 is required to reserve a place and is non-refundable. Second child £20.
Extra hours or part hours can be arranged prior to the session and will be charged at the hourly rate.
Four weeks notice and payment of outstanding fees is required to terminate a place.
The nursery reserves the right to increase fees on an annual basis.
Breakfast is served at 8am until 8.15am only.
The nursery will be closed on all Bank Holidays for which there is no charge and from midday on Christmas Eve until 2nd January for the Christmas Break. (Again no charge for this period).
Please note that for school children using the after-school club, during the school holidays, a retainer fee of £10 per week will be charged during the school holidays to retain the place. This will be waived if the holiday club is used.
